Formerly a Mathematics Level Coordinator in MOE schools, she has designed engaging lessons that build confidence and curiosity in learners. Trained in School-based Dyslexia Remediation (SDR), she supports every child — strengthening foundations for those who need it while challenging high-ability learners with complex, creative problem-solving. A strong advocate of play-based pedagogy and ICT-enhanced learning, she also mentors teachers in lesson design and classroom practice. Ms Sha is an experienced English and Mathematics primary school teacher who holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (Primary) from NIE.
